Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Analyzing case documents. Preparing immigration applications for filing with USCIS. Preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents. Analyzing research and law sources. Maintaining case management system and client contact. Work closely in a team environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Should have strong writing skills. Prior experience in USCIS is necessary.
