Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Attorney The candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; prior experience in complex commercial litigation and employment issues will be highly regarded. A post- law school clerkship would be a plus but is not required. Candidates with post- law school federal clerkships but fewer than three full years of practice may also be considered. Must be licensed to practice in Connecticut and either be dual barred in New York State or be willing to seek admission to practice in New York. Should have superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies.
