Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be opening cases & getting new files started, Assisting attorneys in sending Health Care Liability Act Notice Letters to Defendants, Communicating and Coordinating with Expert Witnesses, Assist in preparation of the state Medical Malpractice report, Hearing and Mediation preparation for lawyers, Client communication and updates, File various correspondence, pleadings & filing with local court and federal courts Must be able to multitask, work efficiently with others and be detail oriented and accountable. Familiarity with the following are a plus.
