Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Analyzes and identifies legal and procedural issues. Adheres to deadlines and prioritizes cases with minimal oversight. Works closely in a team environment. Assists with training more junior staff. Performs package review, typically 1 week per month, 1 hour per day. May perform PERM review, typically 1 week per month, 1 hour per day. Assists with team or office wide projects (e.g. revision of template documents). Degree from accredited college or university and / or paralegal certification is required.
