Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have medical malpractice defense experience. Tasks include analyzing medical records and preparing requests for third party records, filing legal documents, liaising with experts and client, preparing expert review binders with relevant initial materials and ongoing monitoring of expert charts, preparing deposition review notebooks, preparing for trial including drafting early entry orders, notice to file and notices of filing original documents, organizing trial boxes, coordinating expert appearances at trial, coordinating with trial support staff. A degree in paralegal studies with 2+ years of civil litigation experience, or equivalent practical experience is required.
