Residential Real Estate Paralegal/Pre-closer Duties: Accountable for overseeing a pipeline of purchase and/or refinance files from Intake to Closing. Work collaboratively with teammates in all internal departments to provide world class service and a positive closing experience to our clients. Serve as a main point of contact and communication for agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process. Ensure that all documents required for closing have been obtained or provided, ordered, or drafted in order to fulfill the terms of the contract as well as convey clear title. This includes: Contract documents, exhibits, addendums, payoffs for outstanding loans, taxes, utilities, HOA dues, title clearance, etc. Keeping the software file updated with communication, file status updates, and notes. Coordinating and scheduling the closing with all parties. Qualifications: Must have 1+ years A? experience in real estate. Great customer service including the ability to de-escalate concerns of agents, buyers, & sellers. Previous use of SoftPro Select preferred but not required. Strong multitasking, organization skills, dedication to customer service, and team-orientated attitude are a must. Effective time management, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently. Institutional/Corporate Seller closing experience is a plus.
