Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work within Injury Attorneys. This is a Plaintiff Personal Injury law practice and will work directly with the Attorneys. Must be able to draft Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, Motions. Research & Discovery. Manage attorney calendars. Scheduling depositions. Assisting attorney with day-to-day operations. Keep clients up-to-date on case progress. Will hit the ground running immediately by reviewing a number of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases that are in litigation right now to be sure all deadlines, filings, etc. are on track. English necessary. Spanish helpful. Experience working with Personal Injury Cases is required. Should have working knowledge of Insurance Companies.
