Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in commercial litigation, insurance defense, appellate, and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Should have 3+ years of experience. Must be able to interpret rules of civil procedure on the state and federal level, maintain a case docket, e-file in state and federal court, format appellate pleadings, cite-check and pin cite briefs, manage discovery projects and other tasks.
