Associate Attorney - Trusts and Estates Litigation The candidate will represent clients in Surrogate's Court in all five boroughs, Nassau, Westchester, Suffolk and Rockland Counties. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and argue motions in court. Take, prepare for and defend depositions. Prepare and respond to document demands and lead document discovery. Must have 3+ years of experience as a litigator in New York. Should preferably have familiarity with Surrogate's Court litigation. Strong analytical and problem solving skills is required.
