Attorney - Immigration The candidate will be a key member of the team taking to a national level. Must be in good standing with the Illinois Bar. 3+ years recent experience in a Law Firm (A high volume firm preferred). 1+ Year Recent Family Based Immigration experience is required. Family Based Immigration experience in areas such as asylum, adjustment of status, deportation defense, waivers, U Visa, VAWA, etc is required. A bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Must have experience in a high volume legal practice and/or have handled large caseloads, have a significant amount of courtroom experience and/or drafting experience (specifically for Immigration). Legal Experience: Must be a member of the Illinois Bar and must also have FAMILY BASED Immigration law experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is HIGHLY preferred. Strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills. Ability to work and excel in a busy environment.
