Bankruptcy & Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent the little guy. An attorney who is energized by the daunting task of saving a small business besieged by creditors. Should be Licensed Texas Attorney in good standing. 2 years of bankruptcy experience is required. Must have courtroom experience. Primary Objectives of the Associate Attorney are: Management of assigned client base (30+ cases); Obtain a positive resolution for clients (BK plan confirmation, cash settlement, debt relief/modification, etc.); Research and construct new angles and tactics to win against well-funded adversaries;Maintain a David vs Goliath attitude; Create and manage a litigation plan for multiple clients; Negotiate with opposing counsel; Contact clients and/or third parties; Set, prioritize, and work within deadlines; Document activity with clients and third parties in our online Case Management System.
