Attorney or Paralegal - Business Immigration The candidate will serve on our corporate practice team. This position is primarily responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the preparation of various employment-based immigration petitions, including leading strategy development discussions, client communication, support staff management and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Preferred experience: 2+ years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Qualified attorney candidates should possess a J.D. and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in any U.S. State. Qualified paralegal candidates will have a bachelor's degree. Must have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills. 4 Year Degree required. A licensed attorney or paraprofessional with several years of corporate immigration experience required. Passionate about serving corporate clients as they hire and move their employees around the world, with a focus on US employment-based immigration required.
