Entry Level Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include: Preparation and filing of business immigration applications for nonimmigrant and immigrant status including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, E-2,O-1 applications, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1 and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications. Should have Bachelor degree with excellent writing skills and 1-2 years of experience working in business immigration. Proficiency working with an immigration case management cloud-based system is required. Candidates must have extensive experience with filing H-1B applications and PERM Labor Certifications.
