Labor and Employment Staff Attorney The candidate must have 1 year of experience to join Labor and Employment Team. The attorney would work a reduced hours schedule (10-15 hours a week). Should possess excellent academic credentials, and should have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws, and should have experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts. Applicants should have the ability to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed guidance, including counseling employers, responding to administrative charges, attending administrative hearings, mediating employment disputes, drafting and responding to discovery, and drafting motions in federal and state court.
