Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have experience as a paralegal in immigration. Should have a strong understanding of the following forms and processes: I-130, I-140, I-485, N-400, I-765, I-131, I-526, I-829 consular processing of immigrant/nonimmigrant visas, and immigration court filings. Will understand what documentation is required to support various immigration applications, and have extensive experience organizing application packets in accordance with legal requirements. Should be familiar with concepts of immigration and nationality law, such as the requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas, admissibility, and deportation. Should have excellent writing skills, including a mastery of English spelling and grammar. Should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Should be bi-lingual as we have many Spanish Clients.
