Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work on employment-based immigration cases including PERM, National Interest Waiver and other employment-based green cards, E2 investor cases, and other work-based visas such as H1B, TN, O1 and P3. Strong writing and organizational skills required and business knowledge or business background preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in a field emphasizing writing or communication required. Superior writing/editing skills for complex support letters and strong computer skills essential. Must be highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment. Due to client deadlines overtime may be required.
