Prepare commercial and residential closing packages including closing statements, drafting of all required documents and post-closing review. Draft and edit real estate mortgage closing documents and closing adjustments for commercial and residential mortgage matters. Draft closing documentation upon settlement, working in partnership with the accounting office to ensure that funds are distributed properly. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or degree is preferred. Prior Paralegal experience is preferred. Prior customer service experience. Prior experience working in an office environment.
