Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle handling case management for state and federal court litigation, coordination and scheduling of hearings and depositions, e-filing, and preparation of trial and hearing materials. 2+ years of legal experience in commercial litigation cases strongly is preferred. Should exhibit a high degree of professionalism, be able to demonstrate successful working relationships, have a strong work ethic, dedication to client service, excellent communication and computer skills, and attention to detail. Must also display a strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and other related local court rules and procedures.
