Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for independently preparing diverse immigration applications, including employment and family-based immigration petitions; Facilitating the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process; Corresponding with potential clients during the intake process and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases; Corresponding with USCIS and other government agencies where necessary; Provide paralegals with supervision and assistance on immigration matters. The candidate should have J.D. Law Degree from accredited U.S law school with admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state. 1-2 years experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in non-immigrant and immigrant visas (such as H-1B, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3) and PERM applications is preferred. Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English is a plus. Law License is required. Work authorization of United States is required.
