Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the discovery, including drafting responses and propounding requests. Will also prepare subpoena and FOIA requests. Trial preparation and daily trial assistance. Review of motions, depositions, and summarizing of the same. Draft timelines. Must preferably have Trial experience. Must also be proficient with computer programs, e-filing, technology, court systems, billing, detail work, and a hard worker. Should have exceptional personal and client service abilities, including constant communication with clients, medical providers, lien holders, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure that matters are being handled efficiently and effectively.
