Patent Attorney The candidate must be a patent attorney or agent with a Ph.D, M.S., or B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or physics. Should reside in the DC Metro area (DC/MD/VA), be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have 3+ years of experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion drafting. Candidates having original patent application drafting experience a plus.
