Patent Prosecution Paralegal The candidate will include monitoring patent prosecution dockets, preparation of draft correspondence, finalizing and sending correspondence to the client and foreign law firms, preparation, and filing of USPTO filing documents, as well as file maintenance and document management. In particular, experience with all routine patent prosecution matters including IDS, RCE, provisional, continuation, divisional, PCT, response, appeal, and petition filings is required. Also, experience with PTA calculations, annuity/ maintenance fee scheduling and payment, and international patent prosecution are highly preferred. Significant competence in Adobe, Word, and Excel is needed. At least five years of experience are required.
