Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare USCIS applications and petitions. Will follow cases from inception to approval, including follow up with the NVC. Will prepare declarations; Client intake and interaction; Draft 601 and 601A waivers; Organize files; Timely submit applications; Advance computer proficiency including Excel and Microsoft Word, and Google Products, such as Gmail. Should have excellent writing skills.
