Seeking Litigation Medical Malpractice Paralegal with Medical Malpractice experience. Candidate will handle Case Management and trial preparations; E-Filing of court documents. Client contact, preparation of discovery motions, drafting Bills of Particulars, discovery responses and processing medical authorizations. Manage multiple projects and cases concurrently. Assist Attorney's with administrative projects as needed. Must have: Prior paralegal experience. 3+ Years experience. Excellent organizational skills. High level communicator. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be extremely organized and be detail and deadline driven
