Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will receive extensive formal and informal practical instruction and training in all skills under the direction of the CEO, Managing Attorney. Handle a caseload of primarily pre-litigation cases with the possibility of litigation cases. Client sign-up, coordinating medical treatment, drafting settlement brochures/demand letters. At times it may be necessary to travel for initial client sign up so that the firm maintains an active client/attorney communication. Plan case development with the input of the Managing Attorney; perform legal research and investigation. Heavy focus in personal injury cases. Must be an associate attorney with good character, strong work habits, and the desire to help people.
