Litigation Counsel (Alternative Track Attorney) The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience, top-quality writing skills and strong academic credentials. Knowledge of litigation practice and procedures in New York State and Federal courts is required, with specific experience defending individual and class action claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws preferred. Mortgage servicing litigation experience preferred. Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing with the New York Bar.
