Project-Based Real Estate and Business Attorney - Part-time The candidate must have 2-3 years experience, and a strong background in Real Estate and Corporate law, including: Reviewing and drafting contracts (including commercial lease contracts); Preparing demand letters; Conducting legal research; Drafting motions and pleadings; Preparation of offering documents; Preparation of private placement memorandums; Assisting in on-going litigation matters. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is required. Should have strong interpersonal skills including ability to respond productively to direction and feedback. Should be smart, energetic who take satisfaction in developing practical and winning solutions for clients, and who embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
