Legal Secretary - Tax, Trusts and Estates The candidate will provide support to a combination of several timekeepers which may include partners, associates and paralegals. Perform document production, including creating, revising and editing documents, and finalizing format and style in compliance with appropriate requirements. Prepare documents for mailing, scanning, and faxing. Manage files and client contact databases, using strong organizational skills. Assist with reviewing daily docket and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals on upcoming dates and deadlines. Assist timekeepers with Elite Webview time entries for tracking of attorneys and paralegals billable hours. Work with document management and document assembly programs. Support other secretaries and attorneys as needed. May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above. High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; college degree preferred. Must have 1+ year of legal secretary experience.
