Title : Business Immigration Paralegal

Business Immigration Paralegal Candidate will include preparation and filing of petitions, nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications. Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with employees and client contacts. Work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals but will be expected to work independently as well. Responsible for informing their team of attorneys and senior paralegals of upcoming deadlines specific to their clients immigration cases. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Employment-based immigration paralegal experience is preferred. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. Must have superb writing skills with proven attention-to-detail, specifically impeccable spelling and grammar.
