Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years experience in plaintiff s personal injury. Knowledge of client profiles and or filevine helpful. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must get along with others and comply with the office no drama policy. Will be scheduling/Calendaring hearings, depositions, motions, mediations, trials, client meetings etc. Drafting/Filing court documents, complaints, witness and exhibit lists, discovery (including expert discovery), motions to compel, jury instructions, orders, etc. Handling settlement/closing statements. Maintaining regular communication with clients. Must have great organizational and time management skills, be a team player, work and get along well with others. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Schedule: Monday to Friday; Day shift; 8 hour shift.
