Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include research, document review, document production, discovery, indexing, preparing exhibits for filing, e-filing, calendaring, cite-checking and other administrative duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Should have 2 4 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong research skills using Westlaw/LexisNexis. Knowledge of Concordance and Westlaw/LexisNexis is preferred. Labor and employment experience is a plus. Highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills and file management skills are required. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is needed.
