Associate Attorney (Litigation) The candidate will defend complex cases in a variety of areas, including employment law, long-term healthcare malpractice, nursing home defence, negligence tort litigation, premises liability, and other complex civil litigation. Should have the ability to work proactively and independently, and will demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, and will meet the requirements listed below. Should be a 2nd to 6th year lawyer with hands-on deposition experience. Should have history of academic success. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Trial experience preferred, but not required. Candidates with a greater level of experience may also be considered.
