Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel. Litigate cases from the start of the complaint through the resolution. Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions. Propound and Respond to Discovery. Prepare for, take, or defend depositions. Court Appearances; as needed. Conduct Legal research. Manage relations with clients. Prepare for trial. 3+ years of litigation preferred. Personal Injury experience is preferred. 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred. Should have strong negotiation skills. Desire to represent the underdog. Must be hungry, relentless, and resilient. People Person-Strong communication skills; strong grammar skills; strong organization skills. ability to handle many tasks at once. Must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have passed the Bar Exam in California. Should preferably have 1 year of Litigation. Should have a Bar license.
