Family Immigration Paralegal The candidate will communicate with prospective immigration clients. Answer questions from prospective clients. Screen prospective clients for the immigration benefits they are applying for. Send contracts to prospective immigration clients. Provide status updates to clients. Experience handling family-based immigration cases including marriage-based AOS, K1 Fiance visa, etc. is required. Strong organizational skills are essential. Highly responsive is needed. Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.
