Paralegal - Litigation The candidate's duties include: Prepare and e-file various pleadings - Answers, discovery responses, motions and fact and expert witness disclosures; Review daily filings via Lexis Nexis File and Serve, Pacer and state and federal court websites; Compile, analyze and summarize information from discovery responses and deposition testimony; Organize and coordinate document productions; Review, organize and summarize case materials; Bachelor's Degree preferred; 3+ years of litigation experience; Bankruptcy experience highly preferred.
