Seeking Employment Law Staff Attorney with 1-2 years of employment law litigation experience. Candidate should have experience in wage and hour and employment class action litigation, including assisting with discovery, witness statements, opposition memos, etc. Will be part of a diverse practice which includes employment law advice and counseling, single plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour and employment class action litigation, as well as traditional labor matters. Must have excellent academic achievement, strong legal research and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and must demonstrate initiative, be highly motivated, and be able to assume responsibility for client matters.
