Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in employment based immigration. Must possess a strong background in the PERM process. Experience with H-1B, L-1, TNs, I-140s, and Adjustment of Status required. Strong communications skills and outstanding customer service. Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to adhere to tight timelines and deadlines. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in the preparation, filing and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions.
