Associate Attorney - Employment Law The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA accredited school and 1+ year of experience in litigating employment matters, including: experience in researching, drafting and opposing substantive motions, including: Motions for Summary Judgment; Demurrers; Discovery Motions such as Motions to Compel; Writs and Appeals. Experience making court appearances and arguing motions before the Superior Court essential. Experience taking and defending depositions needed. Experience drafting writs and appeals essential. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills. Bilingual skills (Spanish) and class action experience would be helpful. Experience in Federal Court is helpful. California Bar admission is required.
