Patent Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, along with other patent-specific software, including EFS, Private PAIR, and Patent Center. Provide paralegal support in various areas of intellectual property including copyright, licensing, and trademark matters, as needed. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Four-year degree or Paralegal Certificate is required.
