Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will obtain, review and organize damage information. Will communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, etc. Verify insurance coverage; setup claims. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, reading/routing incoming mail. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases. Must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent). Experience with Needles case management/document management software a plus. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is also beneficial.
