Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform initial case investigations by gathering facts & records drafting pleadings/discovery (interrogatories, request for production). Ensuring that the case documents are well organized. Drafting witness and exhibit lists. Locating factual witnesses. Identifying & contacting experts, preparing hearing & trial notebooks & assists in trial. Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills & can work well with team members. Must be familiar and able to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries and know state and federal court rules. Prior trial experience is a plus.
