Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in business immigration (H-1B, L blanket, E), including extensive experience in non-immigrant and immigrant visas and PERMS, and all EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, and EB-5 employment-based immigrant petitions. Should have a solid academic background, have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and on a team, excellent client service, research and communication skills, case management experience, well-developed organizational skills, and advanced writing and analytical skills. Must be admitted to practice in the U.S.
