Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Prior membership as a law review editor during law school is required. Ideal candidate will have superior writing and critical thinking skills. The position will initially involve extensive research and writing projects with future opportunities to develop deposition and oral advocacy skills. Case load consists of large complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in various states across the US, including several arbitration proceedings with the AAA. Candidate will likely be involved in bankruptcy work representing creditors as well. Candidate must also be a self-starter, team player, professional, punctual, and be willing to contribute to group discussions. Possession of a license to practice law in Texas as well as in Colorado is preferred.
