Bilingual Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal Duties : The candidate shall be managing e-filing, assist Attorneys with litigation and trial development which includes legal research, discovery, lawsuit drafting, pleading and motions. Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, DME s, pre-trial conferences and trials. Respond to and present discovery, review non-party production and summarize complaints, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Upkeep attorney s calendar and files, maintain client contact, prepare settlement documents including preliminary closing statements, medical bills and liens with health insurance companies, doctors, medical providers, Medicare and Medicaid. Requirements : The candidate shall be bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish, have personal injury litigation experience, a professional demeanor, be dependable, good communication and writing skills.
