Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Will handle escalated calls that require attorney communication. Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel. Strategize ways to maximize the value of cases for clients. Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust. Correspond with clients and opposing counsel. Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team. Analyze and summarize legal documents. Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents. The candidate should preferably have 3+ years of personal injury experience. California license required. Knowledge and understanding of the pre-litigation process is desired. Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills. Strong attention to detail plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills desired.
