Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience handling all aspects of family immigration and managing client cases which include adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, and removal defense. Should have a J.D. degree and be admitted to the New York State Bar. Experience with a high volume practice is required. Bar admission in any other state is a plus. Prior law firm experience is a plus. Foreign language proficiency also a plus.
