Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be organized and able to maintain calendar system (including calculation of applicable deadlines), organize files, file pleadings and motions in PACER, and assist in general day-to-day handling of multiple cases in support of attorneys. In addition to bankruptcy work, candidate will provide some assistance to attorneys in the commercial litigation context, which involves similar requirements. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal and prior experience in the field of bankruptcy. Should have experience in preparing draft motions and pleadings.
