Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with Partners whose practice focuses on the defense of commercial and civil litigation matters with an emphasis on products liability and transportation. Will be responsible for handling all facets of litigation from inception through trial. Responsibilities include: handling the preparation of pleadings, researching, drafting and opposing motions related to pleadings and discovery, appearing at court conferences, preparation, review and summarization of discovery responses and objections and attending depositions. Strong academic and professional credentials are required. Must have 2-3 years of general litigation experience. Massachusetts Federal and State Bar admissions are required. Admissions to Bars of surrounding states is a plus.
