Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense Litigation The candidate joining the firm should be an Associate Attorney with insurance defense litigation experience. Have between 2 and 5 years experience. Trucking, construction and product defect litigation are also relevant practice areas candidate would be handling. Must be admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Pennsylvania experience is also welcome. Candidate must have at least 2 years of prior experience handling insurance defense litigation. Strong understanding of both New Jersey and New York law and procedure is required.
