Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the litigation practice. When not supporting the litigation practice, will support the transactional, environmental law, public law, elections law practices and more. Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience. Should preferably also have experience in environmental law, water law, or public law. Strong formatting abilities in MS Word (styles, TOC, Ps&As, etc.) are required. Strong skills in MS Excel, Adobe Pro, and Outlook are needed. Should have knowledge of civil litigation rules, codes, and practices and wherewithal to look up applicable court rules and standards. Experience in drafting correspondence, discovery, motions, complaints, etc. is essential.
